  • Users generating QR codes ("QR Code Generators") are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of QR codes complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), other data protection laws, and intellectual property rights.
  • QR Code Generators must ensure that any linked content complies with all legal obligations and does not infringe the rights of third parties or contain harmful or malicious material.
  • QR Code Generators must not use QReate.dev for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
  • By using QReate.dev, QR Code Generators acknowledge and accept that QReate.dev is not responsible for any misuse of QR codes or linked content.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using QReate.dev:

  • Creating or distributing QR codes that redirect to harmful, illegal, misleading, or unauthorized content.
  • Collecting, processing, or sharing personal data through QR codes or linked content in violation of any applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
  • Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or attempting to access any data not authorized to them.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

QReate.dev collects certain information when QR codes are scanned, such as the user's IP address, country, region, and user agent string.
